This Privacy Policy describes how Auto Mystery Videos (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you operate the self-hosted platform.

Information we collect

• Operational logs and audit events generated by the automation pipeline
• API usage metadata required to run integrations (AI, voice, video, storage)
• Admin credentials (stored using one-way password hashing)
• Generated content metadata stored in your database for workflow management

How we use information

Information is used to operate the automation pipeline, monitor system health, process approvals, and improve reliability and performance of your deployment.

Third-party services

Depending on your configuration, the platform may call third-party providers such as Abacus.ai, ElevenLabs, Creatomate, Cloudflare R2, and Telegram. Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.

Data storage

Typical deployments store operational data in PostgreSQL and Redis on infrastructure you control. Media may be stored in Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest.

Retention

Generated content is retained until you delete it. Operational logs may be retained for a limited period (for example, 90 days) depending on your configuration.

Security

Passwords are hashed (for example, bcrypt). Secrets should be provided via environment variables and never committed to source control. HTTPS should be enforced at the edge.

Cookies

The admin interface may use session cookies that are HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict where configured.
